Another perfect day, plemty of wind for a 5m sail and sunshine too. What's more I seemed to time it perfectly once again being out there for the windiest part of the day.

I was nicely powered up with my 5m and Naish Hybrid Freewave and blasting around in the pretty rough conditions. It was certainly pretty lumpy at times. Some nice jumps, some sweet gybes and the odd little wave ride.

Dunk, Jon and Darren were out kitesurfing too.
